Croatan Institute, in collaboration with a growing group of partners, is seeking funding for an online course geared toward individual investors interested in leveraging their portfolios for maximum positive social and environmental impact.

“Activating Your Investments for Impact” will educate investors on how to create impact across multiple asset classes and investment themes through a series of video modules. These modules will provide practical steps investors can take on their own or with their financial advisor, as well as a deeper understanding of how unique opportunities in each asset class present different environmental or social impacts. The course will be structured as a combination of presentations, interviews, and case studies, and is designed for individual accredited and retail investors, who may not have access to the same resources and networks as institutional investors. The course will provide practical steps investors can take on their own or with their financial advisor through online and in-person modules.
