Croatan Institute Fellow Fern Jones spoke Monday at a Climate Finance Roundtable hosted by the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility in New York City. Jones spoke on a panel entitled “Understanding the Landscape: Why Climate Finance is critical to propel solutions to address climate change.”
Her co-panelists were Michel Di Capua, the Head of North America Analysis for Bloomberg New Energy Finance; Peter Ellsworth, the Senior Manager of Investor Programs at Ceres; and Karen Lockridge, a Principal at Mercer.
During the rest of the day, participants at the Roundtable also discussed topics including fiduciary duty, investment opportunities in climate finance across asset classes, and responding to constituent and client concerns about climate.
