Eva Mazura is an Analyst at Croatan Institute. Her focus is on research within the Racial Equity, Economics, Finance, and Sustainability project (REEFS). She works to advance the programs various projects and pillars of work. One primary role is working on the BIPOC Leaders Advancing an Inclusive and Sustainable Economy (BLAISE) Initiative. Through BLAISE, Croatan Institute aims to enhance diversity within the finance and impact investing spheres. She is also a part of the Institute’s People and Culture committee. 

Eva holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in Community and International Development. Originally from Chicago, Eva enjoys swimming, pie baking, and creating unique clothing.

She is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
