Know Your Clothing is a nonprofit initiative focused on addressing some of the most pressing challenges in the apparel industry, including overproduction from the rise of fast fashion, reliance on fossil-fuel-based materials, lack of transparency, and the loss of local textile infrastructure.
Through research and development, Know Your Clothing is advancing scalable solutions that promote supply chain transparency, reduce waste, support farmers, and expand the use of natural dyes and fibers.
To continue this work, Know Your Clothing is raising funds to support ongoing R&D, build collaborative resource hubs, grow natural dye plants, and strengthen regional manufacturing networks.
