Priscilla Trịnh is the Communications Manager at Croatan Institute, where she oversees social media, newsletters, and web development. Priscilla also provides support to external organizational communications, the Soil Wealth program, and the REEFS (Racial Equity, Economics, Finance, and Sustainability) program.

Priscilla concurrently serves as the Director of Communications at the Post Growth Institute and is co-coordinator of the Minnesota Youth Institute. She is a former Council of Advisors member at the World Food Prize Foundation, co-founder of The Overstory Alliance, editor at the Blue Marble Review, and editorial board member of the Minnesota Women’s Press. 

Priscilla came into this space as a food sovereignty activist, energy systems thinker, and hydroponics researcher. She spent the summer of 2019 as a Borlaug-Ruan intern based at the International Rice Research Institute in the Philippines where she researched value chain and market potential for heirloom rice varieties. 

When not working, Priscilla can be found near a body of water or in the kitchen bopping to music.

She is based on unceded Očhéthi Šakówiŋ lands, also known as Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota.
